Default 2003 front wheel bearing change

Hey folks was changing my brakes the other week and noticed a substantial amount of grease around the inside of my alloy

I believe this is coming from my cv boot !

Question is if all the grease has escaped from my cv boot and damaged my wheel bearing, how much would these cost to replace

Hopefully it's not the whole hub

Cheers

Steve

As above. The wheel bearing is totally seperate from the CV joint.
My front wheel bearings need replacing on my 03 STi at only 41k! Something to keep an eye (or ear!) on as it's not unusual even on moderate mileage. Hence the bigger ones on later models.
