I've noticed the sound system on my 03 blob WRX isn't the best so I'm looking around for a replacement....

The car at the moment has the factory fitted radio and speakers install however has anyone had or heard of similar problems from other drivers? I'm trying to work out if I need to replace the whole radio, just the speakers or both??? If I can get away with it I might just replace the radio itself if the speakers are good enough.....can anyone advise?

 

Yeah i agree mate the sound system is rubbish on most imprezas. If i remember right there should be a kenwood stock cd player so i would suggest changing the speakers to a good brand

 

So would you suggest changing just the speakers or the radio too?

 

Yes mate i would change the speakers most imprezas i have had have had the speakers changed for better ones (It doesnt really bother me as i prefer to hear the engine lol)
