Just a quickie.....

Have a 99 RB5 - PPP and full decat. Boost holds 1.1 bar in 4th and 5th.....saw spikes at 1.2 and above at the weekend....question is:

Would a Dawes device benefit at all in reducing spikes and helping boost in lower gears and is it safe with the fuelling of a PPP ecu?

Ran one on mine no problem in the early days - best way to cure the boost oscillation caused by a decat and the aggressive wg duty maps. I'd recommend lambda and knock links though - you're ecu will no longer be able to control boost with the Dawes on.
