i think this may be a gear box problem but!.... when i drive from 1st , 2nd , 3rd it wont whine, only if im in 2nd or 1st and let it roll in gear it will whine,, is this still a broke gear box? kind regards

depends im guessing, i have a whine on mine and it comes from the back-ish, i suspect its a wheel bearing, i think it depends on where its coming from does it get louder as you boot it etc? or slow down? could be a bearing!

nope i cant hear it when im driving only when im doing like 0/15MPH rolling in 1st gear as its slowing down, Quite loud from the out side
when i put my foot down and go all threw the gears, the gear box seems fine nice and smooth no crunching or anything

dude i would not worry about it its when it whines in every gear and jumps out of gear oh maybe give it a nice gear box oil change with some good **** speak to opies oils

put it this way my old 5 speed box had a whine in second and thrid on throltle and off throlte for a about two years and it had 350hp as well at the time and it was fine but a gera box oil change is alweays a good move if its not had one for a a year or two just google it they have a web site http://www.opieoils.co.uk/

Try changing the gearbox oil mate, something like Millers CRX 75-90 is a good choice.

yeah or when they start boosting and the misses starts chuckin hand bags at you " SLOW DOWN" lol
