Default anyone tell what car i have??

please could someone tell me what all this means , i know its a 1995 wrx - GC8C48D option is 65C

as far as i remember the 65C should be your colour code for your car. the GC8C48D sounds like the chassis number, by any chance is it a 555 in blue or white?

65c is the redish blue.
does it have a roof flap?

As Dj says 65c is reddish blue but the model code is 95/96WRX....

nah the colour is 53c! dark blue. that 65c is in the option area on the vin plate!
If you look at the vin theres GC8C48D -----option --65c then below that there is the trim code and the paint code!

if you look on the left after the GC8C48D bit it says option code this example says BKC well here my cars says 65C!

As far as i'm aware your car is a WRX V-LTD, in 555blue which is 53c.

Not sure what the c denotes in the option code but 65 is a wrx v-ltd buddy.

ok thanks
next question is are the newer age engines any better than the older, i need a new block as its holed! i can get a 2000 type engine and swap my heads over, is this the best option?
