Default Spark plugs

Hi everyone being a newbie perhaps you can help, I know subaru impreza,s don't have spark plugs as such but like coil things - someone told me, when should these be replaced ? Every service ? Any help would be much appreciated,

They do have spark plugs and depending on the year of the car either a coil pack with ht leads or individual coil packs

My individual coil packs on my Bug are still Ok 9 years down the line....spark plugs have been changed a fewtimes though LOL

Lol thanks for this, mine is a bug eye wrx, Are the spark plugs built into the coil packs or ? Sorry for thenlimited amount of knowledge

Come on man, its still a petrol engine, they all need spark plugs !!!!

the plugs are the same as any engine (fitment wise) altho bloody awkward to change compared to an inline 4 lump and have the HT lead or coil cap connected to it like any other petrol engine has its leads/coil caps.

I also have a ford focus and they are straight coil pack leads and spark plugs all changed by my self, but someone showed me this block thing which i presume the spark plugs are in or I must be mistaken
