Default over 500 bhp

can i have some feed back on what you use
what bhp will v3 heads will take .at what bhp do you go from arp head studs to 14mm . what conrods would you use if looking from 500-600 bhp

V3 Sti heads would be good for 500hp, maybe abit more if ported. Thats the safe level. 14mm head stud conversion is a must for 550-600 however some people have used the 11mm cosworth ones at that level. Rods wise Carillo, Pauter, Oliver or Brian Cower are all good for 600+.

Standard v3 sti heads, standard newage bottom end and standard head bolts I managed 523bhp with 15% meth

I'm using ported STI 3 heads 11mm ARP head bolts Running 626 bhp 552 Torque on V-Power with a splash of Meth...
