We were there too mate! Congrats on getting into the 12's, not many Impreza's there today sub 13.

My friend Jamies 6 speed classic ran a 12.3 @ 110. Not bad for a car under 350bhp.

Practice is the best bet with 1/4 miles. More power is also good with plenty power through the rev range.
My PB 11.68 with an estimated 400/400

You should get 13s, I managed 13.88 with vf30, sti pinks and topmount ect ect. Power is unkown at moment not had it 'rolling roaded'.

Better with longer ratios im running a straight PPG gearset in a TY54 casing and uk ratios so longer than type-r ratios meant 1 less gearchange.

Car previously had a short ration TY54 RA box which broke 400 miles after mapping

I ran a 12.8 @ 106 in my MY99 uk wagon running 330/330. That was on an air field day with a big bump exactly where you change from 1st to 2nd, so would expect less at the pod.

My next best on the day was a 13.0, I achieved the reduced time by reducing as much weight as possible on the day, tool kit, spare wheel and I dropped the tyre pressures to help traction. It all added to quite a difference and all for free ;-).

You was wheel spinning off the line quite a bit from memory, try different tyre pressures maybe

Did you just buy your car from Jon ?
