VF30 is a direct swap for existing turbo mate,no modification needed.

I had vf28 on my 99 car & it ran fine with no issues .I have also got a vf28 on my current car and car has run over 320 bhp for over 16 months ,and i dont drive like miss daisy and the car is still fine. Not all cars will require a rebuild when upping the power as the bottom end can go on a bog std car.
If your going to up the power just make sure you do the best you can for your engine ie: use the best fuel, regular oil changes(3000 miles),clean air filter ,regular maintenance, etc and you may just find your car will be fine.
Some people have run over 400 bhp on std uk internals for 4yrs+,and only had to change the gearbox for a 6 speeder.
