Default MY99 Classic Error Codes

Hi all,

Just plugged my black read connectors in as my engine management light has been coming on intermittently, and it is reading codes 22 and 32.

My question is on Scoobypedia has 3 different errors for error code 32...how do I work out which one mine is? lol, I'm useless if you havnt noticed already

Thanks for any help.

Carl

On a MY99 car error code 32 is your lambda sensor(o2) which is situated just behind your turbo and connected o a white plug, and code 22 is your knock sensor. You can try taking out your o2 sensor with a 22 mm spanner ,giving it a good scrub with some brake cleaner & sand paper and trying it again, but this is only a short term fix as it will need replacing as your car will run rich.
