Default question for mappers and turbo builders

why is the first time i go to give my car the big fat right foot on the pedal it goes good but not suck you in your seat good but then after a couple of blast it goes like a rocket from then on is it the nature of a td05 20g or not or is this somthing eles

There is a lot about this one that's relative, but it's a fact that you'll get boost earlier and therefore more torque when everything's properly warmed up.

so alan is this somehting to do with the 20g as a turbo becuase of its old fashion design and it not being a ball bearing turbo
as i have noticed this a lot with my 20g and i dont think i had this back in the days of my old vf22

oh and p.s the car has been driving for about 20 minutes before the first boot so is it the turbo needing to warm

We invariably find the second dyno run gives more low down than the first, it's about the heat in the entire manifold and turbine housing.
