Default Aftermarket uppipes ??

Guys seem to be a lot off decat upipes on the market with this flexi join design in them - japsport etc, get the feeling that for some reason the flexi design off uppipe is not particularly liked, why is this any particular reason ??

was looking at this pipe tonight on ebay, seems keenly priced but again flexi design.

anyone explain ??

Yep mate thanks just waitting to here back from him again when he gets back his trip !!

possibly will just be going for an used sti uppipe from him as although have no doubt his own spec uppipes are superb just feel they are slightly over my budget.

again just wondered thou why the flexi design seems so frowned upon ??

Don't go for flexi Up pipe, they can damage your turbo, because they can disintegrate and will do more damage like bhp.

Have look for STi up pipe and your mapper later on must remove EGT CEL or you can fit there resistor.

Harveys ported uppipe have a great reputation. He can also make one to match the turbo you have.

If its GT Spec Up pipe 3-bolt,you probably can't fit on your OEM headers, due different flange..
