Thanks, I heard the new Blitz boost controller (the DSBC Type-S) is better than the APEXi unit from someone else too... and cheaper!! I'm trying to get more info & pics etc. of it.

If anyone's interested I have been quoted under £400 for the APEXi AVC-R.

What model year is it for? How about a DIY or HKS FCD and a change of restrictor or tightening of your actuator - similar end result if you are on the original turbo and want more boost across the whole range at least on MY99-02. I am running this on my car at present - it is smoother than a Dawes, performs at least as well, and is just as effective as the EBC I built and a squillion times simpler.
