Bolt keeps coming loose

Hello just after some help, one of the bolts holding the wishbone keeps coming loose, what can I do? The bolts been changed, should I use some thread lock or pfte tape, any help would be appreciated thanks

thread lock or what about a split washer?, or a new locking nut for the other end

Thanks for the reply, i can't locate the locking nut on the other side, checked under the carpet and ecu and can't see it, car is a v2 wrx
