The Problems you seem to be having are very similar to what I was having
I`m Running TD05 18G, 550cc Inj, Grp N Fuel Pump, Full Decat, Apexi Power FC, FMiC, HKS Induction, Apexi AVCr
Gap of 6mm is right.....Had my Type-RA Re-Mapped at Andy Forest recently, and had my Apexi AVcr Set up....My higher setting is now set @1.4bar Lower Setting @1Bar...But was advised by Andy that my plug gaps was set to wide and need to be closed to 0.6mm...
Before I had my re-map, my car idle was rough too, it would almost rev up and down by itself..... Also, it felt like a fuel cut at high boost. But since the mapping day, new plugs at 0.6mm gap, I`ve had no trouble at all.. Idles perfectly, boosts strong and no cut-out at high boost....
So, maybe a nice fresh Mapping Day To Cure All..
