Have you got a 4 wheel rolling road near you? I think you may be able bed them in on it

Or ask the mot place or a friendly garage to bed them in as they will have a trade insurance policy.

Well if you have no insurance your going to have to trailer your car to the MOT station, they will check on the condition and servicability of the brakes, they will understand that they are new and take a little bedding in, though you should have some decent bite in them if they are new, if you dont have any then I would look at bleeding the brakes again.

simple mate just advise the tester that it is a completely new brake setup and has yet to be bedded in and he will take note of that

They have to test brakes whilst driving on a 4wd car, so has a little box that goes in the car and measures g-forces.
Just get insurance on it and drive it the long way to the mot station, obviously not a stupidly long route, but long enough to do some bedding in. They won`t need to be bed in fully to pass the test, as long as they are bled correctly so brake evenly is the more important.

the g force test is well easy to pass. even if new brakes they should pass surely??? If not i would think there is something wrong.

That would suggest that every new car with new brakes would be unroadworthy?

Yea 50% efficiency on footbrake and 16% on handbrake. Aslong as they are all correctly put together the drive to the station should be fine for the mot.
