Unidentified pipe in engine bay

I've got a pipe loose in the engine bay. It runs under the support bar for the front bumper and ends up somewhere in the O/S of the bay.

Any ideas?

Headlight washer pipe ? or maybe the remains of one, or if the car has had a front mount or has one now it could be the left over pipe from a water spray system.

Looks like it's the pipe for the headlight washers. It's not connected to anything because someone's fixed the headlight washer pump to run the windscreen jets.
