Track day oil
Hi , wonder if anyone could give me some advice as to what would be the best type of oil to put in a gc8 with 85k for track days,

I would use Silkolene Pro S 10-50. Have used it for years with no issue and for a dedicated track car would be tempted to use the Pro S 15-50

One more thing , I was told running an old engine on fully synthetic oil might be bad for the engine if it's a bit worn , anyone know if this is true ?
