Default any idea what this noise is?

hey guys
my dumpvalve springs broke on my forge blow off valve on my classic scooby, i noticed this because my car was revving up and down on idle asif it was sucking in air,
anyway i had a service kit from forge which included the 2 yellow springs and a piston, also the seals and grease,
i fitted the kit all properly and refitted it to the car,
my car still had a bad idle for about 2 mins but then corrected itself and its fine now it doesnt try to cut out and runs ok but ive noticed a wierd noise.
when i let off the accelerator at low psi say like 5 it makes a wierd noise like a echoing noise but if i let off at full boost or higher boost like 18 it makes the tshhhhhhh noise
is this right?
just seems weird it never did it before, just wondered if it was normal, my dumpvalve was stupidly loud before and its not now,
but when i opened my DV i noticed both springs were broke maybe one was broke and thats why it was louder and i never noticed it untill the 2nd spring broke
just wondering if there was something wrong or not
