Default best turbo upgrade for my 2000 awd

hi all newbie hear, i have a 97 2000 AWD uk dne around 80k, wanting to upgrade from the TD04L. at the moment ive fitted FMIC, both decats, magnex back box, walbro 255 pump and headers ready to be fitted with turbo and simtek. been looking at the TD05 but ive heard allot about the VF's. Ano the awd isn't the strongest block to start with but hoping to push it to around 300bhp mark.

Fitment will be direct mate and there is a difference, the 35 is a sleeve bearing and 34 is a roller bearing so will have marginaly better spool say 500rpm or so.
