93 wrx down on power fault code 32
i have a 93 wrx with a chipped z4 ecu and pump and reg and 3" exhaust,
i connected the wires under the dash and it said airflow meter,so i replaced, the took it for a run with both sets of wires connected and it flashed up code 32 which is lamda sensor [the one in the downpipe right?]
the problem before all this and after is that the car seens to make around 0.9/1.0 bar up to 4/5 k revs but doesnt feel like it and then when your up the revs it feels like something kicks in and away we go but like i say it seems underpowered even for the booost it producing until high up the revs,
the problem is even worse in lower gears and not as bad in 3rd and 4 th
i even changed the chip in the ecu but no difference,iv had a classic with exactly the same set up before and it was much faster and responsive than this
as another point will a lambda sensor for a uk turbo be ok to fit to a wrx
all help greatfully received

Guys don't forget the outside temperature will effect how the car performs. Heat soak is a horrible thing and a big possibility considering you will both be running slanty intercoolers.

Thanks for replys but it's definitily not a heat problem
it's is some sort of fault as when you get high up the revs
it all comes on song more or less
on the other point will a o2 sensor from say a Uk turbo be
compatable
also does anyone know if an o2 sensor would cause this problem
thanks
