no lol, but i have been making up specs for mine for ages and have looked at all types of setups. You may want to upgrade to bigger injectors to run them at a lower duty cycle or a fpr to run higher fuel pressure, not really needed as the sti pinks are plenty for a 20g

Ok I got a 16g for my 555 from Andy I will get in contact with him and see what he's sang about it! The only thing am unsure of is the decat I had one on my wr1 and it's pretty loud, maybe a prodrive sports cat mite be the way to go, what restriction do u think this will have? Also any ideas what turbo/decat setup they used in the litchfield type 25? Herd one go past me the other day and sounded quite quiet considering the speed at which it passed me!! Cheers guys

A sports cat will be fine, a prodrive sports cat is supposed to be very good according to a post i read from duncan. just get a prodrive sports cat, a resonated centre section to reduce noise and replace the prodrive backbox as it becomes a restriction too. there is a range of systems to choose from, check out reviews on here and listen to them on youtube.
Don't know anything about the type 25.

Hi matey,if you are looking for 380bhp,you should have look for SC40.
But still think you will struggle run 380bhp on TMIC on 20G,i would suggest Hybrid FMIC at least, decated exhaust or at least sport cat,Harvey up pipe will help you on spool,STi injectors will also be maxed at 380bhp or will will be run close to max.

I'd put something bigger on mate!
I currently have a MD321T, and think it's great. Your VF35 should get around 340, so paying the extra for a 20g isn't worth it in my eyes.
Have a look at Scoobyclinics offerings of their billets, or Lateral should be releasing a 321T billet.

But previously.....full decat, walbro fuel pump, FMIC (although a top mount is ok until 430-450), 740 injectors (but you could use yours with a higher pressure), and MD321T. That got me 432BHP, and lag certainly wasn't an issue!! Obviously with a remap on the standard ECU.
EDIT: Also tubular headers!

Yes but under bonnet temp/heat soak are little high,if you are looking run some track days.
TMIC is good up to 400-450bhp(some run more than 450bhp),but main concern is not sure if its hold very high boost.
I'm running Blouch Dominator 3.0XT-R(here known as SC50),2.1 stroker,650cc with FPR and FMIC at moment still at garage, but after all will be fitted we should have 480bhp WRX.

Good spec there guys!!! Time to make my mind up!! Am a bit worried about going for the bigger turbos as the car has done 45k already and want to error on the side of caution!! If the engine went pop how much would a 2.1 stroker fully forged rebuild set ne back?? Cheers

I've just spent about £9k on my new build but you can do it cheaper.
I wouldn't worry about it blowing up mate. Properly looked after it will last for a long time!

The Type 25 has a Milltek 3" sports cat turbo back: http://www.powerstation.org.uk/milltek.asp
The turbo is a bespoke modification of a Garrett GT:

The milltek exhaust is very good if you're looking for a (relatively) quiet one
