hi all looking for some advice was out in my version 2 sti this evening amd found the car to be cutting the power once i got over 5000 rpm but then ok so i started to drive and see what point the problem was happening was wayching the boost gauge and noticed it was boosting to 1.5bar and the cutting out so im thinking the problem is either the turbo actuator or solinoid valve has anyone seen this problem ?

yep ive got same issue but not as bad. as far as i know your running too much boost so you need a boost controller to turn it down so your running safe.

 

the car is standard only thing done is a blitz nur spec exhaust and hks panel filter it has never had this problem only since i replaced the gearbox
