after a spirited drive a pop and a splutter earlier i now have fault code 22(knock sensor) do i need a new 1 or reset ecu my intercooler pipe came of from the turbo at the same time put that on and it now feels like its hesitating and i have this fault code would the pipe coming of caused it to set of the knock sensor and i need a ecu reset to put back the timing etc or is it the actual sensor has had it and i need a new one? what causes knock anyway? Thanks Guys car is a my93 wrx import always run on 99 fuel
