Ok ive cut and pasted this out, needed to laugh at some of it
Its a single piece block, well unless subaru have changed how they manufacture their engines its going to be the same as the rest of them, the difference is around the bores, its a cdb but its also had a rebuild, it says nothing of what went back in, and all the bull about blocks is total garbage, if you had 600+bhp you may see some advantage to a cdb, so all that is total bs.
OoooooooK, still restricted to 115mph? (its 112mnph or 180kmh), yup not cained to death you can do that in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th (though probably more in the first 3 ) and he just started and ragged in that first youtube vid, totally not cained
Now on to the proper stuff (I would avoid said car), what is your budget and have you checked to see how much the insurance will cost you? (plus have about 800 quid on the side for any extra costs your going to need when buying, like servicing etc).

Swapping for a friend, my ex Scoob Impreza WRX. Minor mods to get her up to 280bhp with dyno print out for 262 before remap etc. A very rare closed deck engined model. Basically, a one piece block that can take a lot more power than the later three piece engines, very early Impreza, very very quick but still limited to 115mph so not caned to death. Long mot and tax, lowered, nice alloys, factory fitted optional bodykit (veilside?), loadsa history inc rebuild receipt a few years ago
