A few questions on my target of 330/340bhp.
I am planning my project for next winter already and I am aiming for around 330-340bhp (ish) from my MY96 Turbo 2000.
Currently the car have a Prodrive rear silencer, Z4 ECU and OAI as well as the standard TD05. My plans are as follows:
* Japspeed FMIC
* Japspeed 3" turbo back exhaust
* Walbro fuel pump
* ESL daughterboard and JGM map
My question is will I need larger injectors than my current 380's, or will these suffice? Also Japspeed offer lightened alternator and crank pulleys and a FSE boost valve, are these of any worth in my targets or will they be a waste of money?
I intend on doing these next winter as I fear I may be in need of a clutch soon and with baby on the way I cant afford much else on the car this year.

Without bumping the fuel pressure 380cc injectors will not see a geniune 300 bhp and 440 injectors will max out around 320 to 330 bhp at standard fuel pressure whereas 550 injectors can see you all the way to the high 300s.
You will produce power more easily with a Hybrid front mount.
