Catalyst Fault?

Catalyst Fault?
I have a MY01 Bugeye with 104000 miles on the clock. acouple of weeks ago the check engine light came on. The log said it was a P0420 catalytic converter efficiency fault. I reset it and everything was OK for 2 weeks, then it came on again with the same fault. Any suggestions on what I should change first or any checks to make, please?
