Hi sorry im a bit thick where is the idle control vale on my turbo 2000my99 any help would be good

Yeah mate i am when comes to cars lol if i take it out and give it a bit clean will it be ok. Coz when start car it revs up to1500 to 2000 revs

Does it do this only when cold or when it is upto temp too??
