Default My Scoob is leaking....

On returning from the shops today, I discovered that my car was hissing steam from the engine bay. I popped the bonnet to see steam coming from the left of the radiator/condensor. So I left it for a bit to cool.

On inspection later, the reservoir was empty so I popped some fluids in and run the engine to pump it round. While peeping through any hole a could, the radiator seemed dry but the condensor was wet on the previously steamy side.

Now, is the condensor plumbed into the coolant system or will it just be the radiator?

Secondly, would 'radweld' be ok in the meantime so I can still get around? Don't what to put something in that would cause more trouble....

Thanks in advance.....

On older cars. Top hoses have a tendancy to go - so check that.
Rads can sometimes crack down the sides.
Hope you get it sorted

Get it sorted asap mate otherwise you risk melting it and paying a huge repair bill the water temp gauge on these cars is not very accurate and if the leak is bad you might get caught out. You can pick up a decent replacement Radiator on Ebay pretty cheap
