Default Potential O2 sensor fault MY00 Turbo 2000

Hello all

My UK Turbo is starting to show a small niggly fault. Its not too bad yet but something is definatly amiss.

The symptoms are quite subtle, when driving slowly in traffic in 2nd gear and applying very light on/off throttle the car bounces back and forth on the transmission and is slightly hesitant on light throttle acceleration until about 3000rpm then all appears to go smooth again. Although on full throttle acceleration it is alot smoother and does not hesitate. Also the fuel consumption is slightly poorer.

I am thinking the Lamda sensor is degrading, although no fault is shown on CEL or when reset. Is my thinking logical?

When my lambda sensor was kaput, its idle fluctuated up and down. With new sensor fitted it is rock steady. Also MY00 turbo 2000.

I've maybe got this wrong then, my idle is perfectly smooth.
