Default would my crank be ok

after the head gaskets went on my car i took the car 2 the garage and thay stripped the engine and found the piston rings had dropped and scored the no1 cylinder but i was wanting to know if my crank and bearings would still be ok to use in a rebuild?.
there was no knocking from the engine as i drove it last just the temp going up and even that didnt reach a major hot level becuse its only a mile to the garage from mine. im not good with engines myself and would like to know as much as poss before i go back to the garage and thay try to raid my wallet of money i havnt got
thanks steve

The crank should be fine to use but with a visual/measurement inspection you will know for sure[may require a polish to bring to tolerance]but other than that should be good to go mate.
On the bearing side it is never a good idea to reuse them as some replacements aren't much money[certainly less than another rebuild any way]so just get new and you will be fine id say.

ACL are a make, They are a good make though I think you are referring to main and big end bearing in regards to your crank

All journals should be precisely measured and checked for scores, witness marks and eccentricity.

Same with the bearing shells.

Nobody here will tell you if its ok or not, as it need physical hands-on inspection and measurement.
