Wondering - which one would be better too increase performance
A STi Type RA due to its low weight resulting in v.good power/weight ratio.
22B with its awesome torque’y 2.2 engine.
I don't know much about the mechanical side of cars otherwise I would post positive & negative comments for each car. I'm just interested in which platform would you think would create the fastest Scooby?

Why not a Type R....A quick as a 22B on acceleration but down about 10 - 15 mph on top end...but who wants to go any faster than 160mph(type-R)
got the diff to play with and waterspray too...and only got two doors!
!/2 the price too!!!! Think about it!!

22b jap type has same 160mph, lame uk will probably be slower than a type r.
All 22bs have 2.2s though which gives awesome drivability due to significantly more low down torque by vit
rtue of largest displacement plus ten percent more gas flow spools turbo significantly quicker.

WWWoooooow steady freddy...getting a bit to deep for me there!!! 
Had a dice with a local 22B in my Type R...Nothing between them to be honest, well maybe a very slight advantage to the 22B but not £15000 worth!!!!
