Default Adjustable fuel regulator

Can anyone help !
I apologise in advance for this question but can anyone give me fitting instructions to fit an adjustable fuel regulator please with pictures if possible.
I have a regulator with one port at the top which is open two ports on the side one closed off and one open and at the bottom with an L shape adapter with a nipple coming off it.
Sorry thats the best discription i have.

right matey, remove your old reg and replace with an adaptor for a hose, the bottom pipe is for the fuel return(back to tank)the side one goes to the adaptor on ye rail where the old reg was, the blocked one on the other side is where you can fit a gauge to see the pressure, and the little one is a vacume pipe that goes on the top of the manifold
