Should be about 0.8 bar anyway so your not far off When I ran mine without the restrictor pill it over boosted up to about 1.5 bar Not good obviously but I forgot to put it in the new pipe, I would of thought yours would be doing the same though I would try cleaning the boost solenoid out and see what happens, There is a good guide in the technical section

yeah, dawes,bleed etc
just see what it behaves like at std boost. but deffo something isn't right to only get .6psi and with out the pill it should be well over boosting,
The bleed valve will eliminate the turbo/hoses if runs fine at 0.9, then you need to look into your 3port or map sensor, if it doesn't run right then could be ****ed turbo, actuator, boost pipes, tmic

Your boost gauge does it sit smack on zero when the car isnt runing?
11.47psi should be the standard boost pressure for a 93 saloon wrx
0.8-9 of a bar.

.6 is to low unless it has a wagon ecu as they run .7ish then tail off to 0.6bar.

if it dies after runing 0.8 something isnt right at all.
what fuel pump are you runing??
does it miss at all?
checked your plugs and coil packs for cracks pull the rubber boot of and see if they are all in tack?

Yes it does its bang on 0 when not running
when i say dies it drops to 0.5 and holds it the plugs and coils are less than 9 months old so should be fine no missing etc its weird sometimes it ok and others its 0.6 aprt from that its running fine think i might set the mbc up and to 0.8 see if she is happy mmmmmm cheers for the input bro

No idea of wagon ecu numbers but for a 93wrx saloon they could be either 2C,U8 or W6
