Keep getting maf code 23, even after brand new Subaru maf and every reset, noticed air box is only bolted down with one bolt could this cause fault code on ecu with vibration after every reset ?????.

dont mean to sound cheeky but would it not be better to have 1 ongoing thread on your MAF issues rather than multiple different 1's with different idea's to what your problem cause may be? that way everyone can see what all has been done and tried without retreading old ground in each new thread

have you checked all the wiring for MAF from connector plug back into harness? a 23 is a no signal from MAF as far as im aware.

what panel filter are you running? not an oiled one is it?

 

It's a genuine standard panel filter.

Im with Gambit on this one. Trace the wiring from the MAF back to the ECU. Sounds like a broken wire somewhere. You need to get a multimeter and probe it on the connector block and see if your getting a signal.
