i have took the timing down yet again to see if i have got anything wrong all 4 cams line up and the back of the crank pully at the top mark but on auto data says the firing order is 1 3 2 4 am i right in thinking if i look at the engine from the front of the car number 1 is on my left at the front

 

AFAIK, yes, with 3 behind it.
