Is the vf24 complete with the oil return pipe & water pipes? You will need to remove the cat, intercooler & then undo the turbo off the up pipe, not forgetting to undo the oil feed & inlet pipes. If the turbo hasn't been off your car then the nuts will be tight & might shear.

The car will need mapping for this turbo, though you have not said what year your car is as this is vitally important to how much it will cost you for a remap/new ecu.
