Default Vacuum Line for Dump Valve.

Hi Guy's
Are there any rules regarding where you pick up the Vacuum for the Dump Valve.
Fitting a Blitz Dump Valve and want to know the correct way to connect Vacuum hose.
Any info much appreciated.
Regards Dave.

Some of the classics had a pipe on the inlet manifold that was blocked off. Or you'll have to 'T' in to another vac line.

Ideally i would take from the manifold, im not sure about the extra port on a new age. You can just add a T piece into another vac line. Do you not have any fitting instructions?

Take it off any vacuum line except the one to the MAP iirc.
I`m lucky in that I have a classic so has its own vacuum feed that the boost gauge runs off too.

If there's not a spare nipple on the IM, then T into a vac/boost gauge's vac feed (if you have one).

As said, it's not very wise to T into the ones for the MAP or the FPR.
