Default clicking or clunking???

hi, i dont know what it is but when i apply the brakeson my01 wrx bugeye i get either a clicking or clunking, sometimes it sounds like its from the rear and sometimes it sounds like its from the rear, dont suppose anyone has any idea what it is??????????????????

The usual culprit is the brake pads.

Check to see if you have original pads and all the shims fitted

Its usually the front ,The 4 pot pads,aftermarket ones,seem to be a smidge smaller than original.

i had aftermarket pads, had the same fault, only had the pad makers shims on,sticky pad on back of pad, i removed this and bought the proper original subaru shim kit, stopped all noises like you have

I've got the Clunking from the Comp-B4 callipers I've got fitted.. its down to the pads moving within the brake calliper itself
