Default wanting to do a full service wots best to use

as title wanting to change oil filters plugs and looking at getting the timing belt done any 1 know where is best to buy the belt kit from and how much to get someone to fit it also is there still a guide floating about how to do the oil change its a 1993 import wrx slight mods

Try ICP (Import Car Parts) for all the OEM spec service consumables.

If you search "oil change" then they'll be loads come up. Try to find any long threads where API Dave and/or Splitpin have posted lengthily. It'll become apparent as to the correct procedure. (Which I'm not gonna repeat here as, invariably, it'll turn into another heated, argumentative oil change thread... )
