Default Look what popped out this morning

Hi all. Need some help. Went to defrost the car this morning and the headlight washer jets had popped out. Its a hawkeye wrx and i've had it for about a year and these have never come out before. I didn't even know I had them, there's no button inside for these. Has anyone else had this or can anyone help as cant get them back in.

Cheers

i thought it might have something to do with the weather, it was -6 this morning.

Mine have come out rock hard, they actually have the jets underneath - i lightly tried pushing them back but no joy

Mine have been left stuck out a few times, I've just left them to de-frost on their own and they have been fine. I didn't want to force them in case I broke them.
GezP-there is no button for them, they work when you have your lights on and you press the washer jets.
