Question wastegate adjustment??

hi all just a quick one im aware that on classic scoobys you can turn the wastegate up which makes the car boost harder and slightly longer does anyone know if you can you do the same on a newage sti?

my wagon has defo impressed you it doesnt hold it longer, it spools slightly quicker and seems to chuck the boost in more agressivly. also helps to hit desired boost levels.

not sure with the newage's tho matey? some thing we can look into when you get yours

it has matey i really wanna know if it will work on mine people spend a fortune on upgrades just to try get the same affect

I've heard something similar. But not I'm not entirely sure myself. Everyone would save alot of money though if your theory was correct.

im really hoping its do-able as i was in rapids classic waggon earlier which has had this done and the difference is quite shocking!

Zippy what mods do you have, after looking on one of those threads says not for stage 1 (me). What do you think?

Also rapid sti what mods and power if you please.

its a classic uk turbo, has blitz dump valve, 57i induction, japspeed o/n downpipe, blitz nur spec exhaust & waste gate adjustment. thats all i no of.
must admit it makes me smile every time and its probably the cheapest & lowest model impreza ive had
