Exclamation 320 BHP? Whats needed?

Hi all, Im looking to set my car up to achieve 320 bhp

Whats mods will i need?

My car is a 1994 JDM WRX Impreza with these mods=

Rebuilt V1- closed deck block
Td05 16g Turbo
Blitz Nur Spec R full 3" system from turbo back
Afterburner up-pipe
Apexi air filter
STI- TMIC
HKS Turbo timer
HKS EVC electronic valve controller
Turbosmart Megasonic DumpValve
Walbro Motorsport Fuel Pump 255lph
Z4 ECU
Exedy Stage 1 Fast Road Clutch

A good map and you should be there Do you mean the slanty sti top mount though?

The injectors are standard, i dont know what cc they are on my car?

My ecu is not map-able

Slanty sti TMIC

They will be 380cc i think. Not sure how far you can go on the slanty top mount. I fitted a front mount to replace mine as its almost as big a job to go with a new age sti intercooler i believe,

with the mods you have, you will also need 440cc's, 3bar map sensor, front mount and a ESL live board or alternate ecu, although the ESL is the cheapest.

Yeah true. At a later date i will go for a front mount but theres alot of work fitting them. I might just go for a straight facelift TMIC. Put im sure the one i have on should be ok for the job...not 100% but will see what other people think. My Turbo is a little laggy so a short boost system will help.

Walbro 255 fuel pump
Front mount intercooler
STI 440cc injectos and adapters
Simtek ECU or
Apexi power fc with Z32 maf and boost controller for the Apexi
will easly give you 320hp +

If i had these fitted what would be a safe bhp? Due to my car is a WRX not STI

You would need to give more info on what parts were used in the rebuilt block. You would also need to think about your gearbox if you were going much further.

In the rebuild the main bearings were uprated and....i think thats it. Standard pistons, rods, heads ect. The gearbox is standard and i think they start to go wrong after 350.???

Gearbox will be the weak link engine will make good power on the 16G at
1.4bar of boost?

You should be able to do it for less than that!

Second hand apex £400ish
Second hand injectors ( put up a wanted ad on here )
