Default Replacement up pipe.

So my up pipe has gone belly up!! If I was to replace the original one with an after market one with the cat removed would the car require a re-map? Oh sorry forgot to mention its a 51 plate bugeye wrx running pretty much standard except for sports de cat down pipe, performance silencer, Fuel pump and a power station map to 280. Cheers.

Yes it would need a remap

Especially as it has been mapped already

Well worth doing though

Harvey's up pipe is a pretty decent bit of kit, give him a shout.

How long did it take you to complete, and how difficult?

Has just taken me about 3 and a half hours but wasnt to bad to do, do you have a copy of the subaru workshop manual? Just follow that if your not sure, to be honest the hardest part was getting the bolt out that holds the turbo bracket
to the block, a bit fiddly but not hard. Would have been quicker if i had ramps and air tools.
