Default coolant smell

Hi all got another problem I changed the two radiator hoses two weeks ago. The car has been fine since then until last night/this morning as when I switched the car off and I could smell coolant. Ive checked the water levels and they all seem fine.

Does anyone know what this can be?

Thanks

Checked the heater matrix? If there is a smell of coolant INSIDE the car, that'd be my first suspect.

Usually shows up in the smell, then damp carpets in the front, taste the damp, it'll be faintly sweet.

Sorry to bring up an old thread but the smell of coolant is back but only when I turn the heater on had a little steam on passenger side by the engine underneath where the washer bottle is. I had to top up the overfill funnel a little last week but this is confusing me. Do you think I may need to try and bled the system again?

Thanks
