Please help with my jigsaw puzzle!
Please Help me.
I have a Subaru Impreza which the head gaskets failed on within 2 weeks of me owning it.
I took the engine out in June to renew the gaskets, but ended up not refitting the engine until last week.
Unfortunately I slept alot since removing the engine, and now it's back together I have some bits left. 2 pipes, and a electrical unit with 2 vacum The Electrical unit is small with a push switch on top and the 2 vacum connectors run off at 90 degrees from each other.
The car was full of guages inside, so I decided I should remove them whilst the car was off the road as they were not to my taste.
I am worried that I may of gone a bit too far as now the turbo wont work.
The engine runs fine apart from this but if you try to drive it the turbo is not responding.
I do have photos of the spare bits, and the stste of my engine now, but I am unable to upload them on here
Any info would be greatly received

Is the box with two pipes coming off it the boost solenoid? If so it goes on the rhs of the engine bay (drivers side), well it does on a newage. That is the extent of my knowledge, but I would imagine it will affect turbo performance!
