I run an aquamist system on my car, direct port injecting methanol and water.

The gains are good, but you need to make sure you have one or more failsafes in place for a blocked jet / burst pipe etc., to avoid blowing up your motor.

The system will need some 'looking after' over time - I wouldn't recommend it as a fit and forget solution.

If I remember correctly the ERL pumps will run a max of 50 / 50 water methanol because of the internals as well.

Dont AEM do a methanol injection kit?

Personally (having had experience of using both methods of running it) I would just mix it with the fuel in the tank at the desired ratio.

Much less to go wrong, cheaper than buying a WI kit, and gives very similar results.

TSL supplied my Perrin/Aquamist W/I and it was fitted by ZEN.
The spray nozzle is fitted at the intercooler outlet and sprays 50/50 water/meth into the air charge. At 6000rpm and 1.6 bar, turbo outlet temps are 136c, ACT are within 5-6 degrees ambient. Thats a TMIC.
The system has built in safeguards and will only allow 1bar boost if not switched on or blocked jet etc.
Labour cost is big if you have it fitted.

Don't bother Mike, jusr run it in the fuel, far easier as you have injectors plenty big enough to cope.

The reasons for running a water/methanol injection kit and the reasons for adding methanol to fuel are different.
If you want power and that is your only concern then as both Richard and Martyn say above, nust add it to your fuel tank immediately before adding petrol. Your engine needs mapping for any signifigant amount of methanol, not to map is very risky. 5% plus is a signifigant amount, many people run 10% and upwards.
Once you have decided on a percentage you have to stick with that on that particular map.

Water methanol injection will reduce combustion temperatures and allow more ignition advance leading to good torque gains. On one particular installation I only added 12 bhp but 40 ft. lbs. Fantastic.
I run water methanol from Snow Performance on one of my cars and would not be without it. The reason I selected Snow over those above is that I can 3D map exactly to my specific requirements and it is not complicated. I am impressed sufficiently that earlier this week I ordered another specialised kit for a particular project. I am very interested to see what I can glean from that.

Yes and no, you may be able to reduce the ACTs still further, but unless you are having problems getting close to MBT with 20% meth in the fuel (unlikely), there would be little performance benefit from injecting it with water too.

whats the costing on these kits harvey, also easy/hard installation and do these still have the problems of associated with water attraction, also is mapping these kits available from most mappers or exclusive few?

The cost of the kit will vary from a pretty basic one to something that is more sophisticated. I have just paid just under £500 for something that is relatively sophisticated that has control on it adequate for economy at light throttle and an additional nozzle system for power gains at higher boost. On top of the figure above will be a customs charge.
I don't know what mappers specialise in water methanol injection. I know that Pat Herborn has had a go at setting these up on the rolling road and I know that Bob Rawle has mapped at least one water methanol kit for one of his customers. It is relatively straight forward and I have done my own mapping after initial runs with Pat on the rolling road.

To get the full benefit from running methanol you need a remap.
You might"get away" with 5% without a remap but it would not be a wise risk.
The fuel map will need adjusting to account for the methanol.
The biggest gain will come from more ignition map and more torque.
If you are running 95 have you checked for det?
A litre of methanol or a litre and a half before each fill will certainly take the car away from potential DET and if it has not been previously mapped the AFR will probably be rich enough to have no effect.
Are you in the North of Scotland?

At a guess Banny, Mate I guess you are selling something. Water injection? Or is it something else?

Yes I was Harvey it is a aqauamist 2d kit, dds 3 flow gauge and a 2 gallon tank, just thought it would make it easier for people to have a look on here. Also listed in the for sale section
