Default Help hard starting cold morning!

Hi all I own a 94 wrx import and today when I got up it took a while to get started once it fired it took a while so I could even rev it, I'm assuming the icy morning will have something to do with it as it's fine now warm. Any ideas?

Cheers

Another vote for temp sensor. If it tells the ECU it thinks the engine is warm then it won't enrich the mix for cold starting/running.
