Default bleeding coolant.

i think i got air trapped in my coolant how do i bleed this?

AFAIK, there IS no bleed procedure.

I would drain it and refill, VERY S L O W L Y, taking note of the method off here

Before doing that, TRY starting from cold with the metal filler cap off, allow to run while watching for any bubbles. Ensure heater is on full hot while so doing. If any bubbles appear, top up with good 50/50 of the same make as what's in and replace cap. If any fluid runs out, just mop up as you go along.

jus started it cold with heaters on full, opened the metal cap and there is lots of bubbles?

So run it until there are no more, top up, put cap on, take it for a run round the block, is it still airlocked?

PS: don't forget to top up the overflow plastic bottle.
