From: Trying to pull a 10 second 1/4 mile running a standard 2.0ltr engine...
car down on power.
over the past week or so my car has developed an intermitent power problem,some days it drives normal and pulls as it should,others it feels down on power/gutless and like its got no torque.also the pops and bangs which were mapped in sometimes dissapear and all i get is an almighty bang every so often instead,i`ve checked the maf as told to do by simon(jgm) and thats fine,been told it could be the lambda sensor thats causing it so gonna check it tomorrow,but didnt think that could cause the power loss.i just wondered if anyone has had the same problem and maybe new what the problem could be.
